【主讲人简介】:
Professor Tang holds Ph.D. from University of Michigan, and has over 20 years experience in  the automotive industry. As the Manufacturing Engineering Throughput Lead Specialist at Chrysler, Dr.Tang leads the specialist team to evaluate, analyze, and help improve the system performance and capability of Body Weld, Body Paint, and General Assembly in the vehicle assembly plants; coach the manufacturing engineering teams and the production management teams of plants on throughput improvement. Professor Tang is also an adjunct professor of Wayne State University, Baker College - Flint, and Tianjin University,etc.
汤和教授获得密西根大学的博士学位,具有20多年的汽车制造经验。在克莱斯勒汽车公司,他领导制造工程专家组评估、分析汽车焊接、喷漆与总装系统,提高制造系统业绩与能力,协助改善制造工程与生产管理。汤教授还担任多所大学的客座教授,如Wayne 州立大学,Baker学院,天津大学等。

In this talk we will introduce FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) and industrial engineering. We will cover the following topics:
-- FMEA Principle
-- P-FMEA Development
-- M-FMEA Characteristics
The talk will focus on fundamentals of FMEA as well as its application guidance. The seminar will be delivered with abundant practical applications in engineering field.
讲座主要介绍FMEA(失效模式与影响分析):FMEA的原则,P-FMEA的发展,以及M-FMEA 的特征。讲座对FMEA的原理进行深入介绍,并辅以生动的应用案例。
